Transportation Dept. Performance Monitored from DDOS Application

Jakarta Transportation Dept. performance will be monitored through Dishub DKI On time System (DDOS) application.

The faster response can be given, is better. So, must be more effective and efficient

Besides giving an easiness to absentee while on duty, this application can monitor personnel location in real time and simplify the communication among personnel.

Jakarta Regional Secretary, Saefullah, said this application has function to improve government service related to transportation.

"Personnel is facilitated, they can directly go to the field for work without go to office for absentee," he said after signing cooperation agreement between Jakarta Government and two mobile operator service providers at City Hall, Monday (3/13).

According to him, this application enables rapid response to follow up citizen's complaints. Not in minutes, but seconds count.

"The faster response can be given, is better. So, must be more effective and efficient," he added.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Transportation Dept. Head, Andri Yansyah added this application will be used by Transportation Dept. personnel in administration or even on the field. Personnel's work will be monitored, cannot be manipulated.

"Personnel can do absentee through mobile phone according to letter of assignment that has been given," he expressed.

He explained the application will be integrated with Jakarta Smart City and can be personnel evaluation. Especially something that is related to Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) gift.

"If they are late, the data is directly inputted and can be monitored by BKD," he closed.
